Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the egoless nature of Existence and encouraging those who are in quest of the Truth to realize this by Self-inquiry. Dialogues on Consciousness and reflected light, what is meant by “holding the ‘I’ thought,” Realization and life and death, the necessity of knowing oneself, the importance of spiritual practice, the one Self without a second, Sat-Cit-Ananda, what one seeks to know, and other topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of the final verses from the Ashtavakra Samhita.
