Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction of Self-Realization being transcendent of any mental state and the Self’s freedom from any of the limitations of a state of mind and the experiencer of a state. Dialogues on Self-inquiry, the abandonment of the notion of being bound and the destruction of ignorance, the three state and the Self’s transcendence of them, happiness and existence, and other topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Katha Upanishad.
