Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the perfect fullness of the Self’s true Being and its blissful revelation by Self-inquiry that eliminates the illusion of an ego. Dialogues on doubts and certainty, striving for Self-Realization, freedom from the mind, self-examination and fearlessness, Self-inquiry, and other topics. ****** Quote from Satsang ******
You have the conviction that there is the certainty that you can return only to that. To find out that there is no one who is separate from it, that is essential.
With the deep experience, it seemed that it changed from then to now.
But it is the other way around isn’t it? The absolute Self is the abiding Reality and it is the illusory appearance that there is some other state or experience that comes and goes. If you continue to inquiry as for whom it comes and goes, “who am I”, the coming and going will stop. What never comes and goes but always is, just as it is, remains.
