Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the truth of Being and Self-inquiry. Dialogues on the absence of the perceiver and corresponding objective illusion, the search for happiness, the deep experience of spiritual dialogue, transcendence of what is gross and what is subtle, the unchanging reality of the Absolute Self, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Svetasvatara Upanishad followed by Tamil recitation from Song of Ribhu.
****** Quote from Satsang ******
Conjuring appears and disappears as well as that which is conjured so it cannot be the Self. What is real is always real; what is truly the Self is ever existent. If there is an idea, whether of light or darkness, or a more formed idea, whether of space or of time, it rests upon some substrate, it is illumined by something that is not an idea. What is that? Even the assumption of individuality, which is barely an idea, does not stand up on its own. What truly knows? Trace your Existence to its core. Every time there is the idea that something is, even an idea that an idea is, where is the Existence in that? The Existence lies in the Consciousness which knows it, not in the “it”.
