Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the Self, Purnam, Sat-Cit-Ananda, Self-Realization and the ability to realize, Self-inquiry and transcendence of the body, mind, and ego. Dialogues on the bliss of the Self, unchanging Existence, the nature of thought, Consciousness, happiness, freedom from attachment, ethics and Truth, and other topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of selected verses of Brihadaranyaka Upanishad.
