Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction about changeless, perfect peace and Self-Knowledge. Dialogues on the unreality of the ego, destruction of vasanas (tendencies), the only Being-Consciousness, certainty of existence and Self-inquiry, peace and freedom from the misidentification of being the performer of action, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from Aparokshanubhuti, followed by Tamil recitation from Song of Ribhu, chapter 5.

Nome: If you have the certainty of Knowledge of what you are and that you are not a mere thought incased in other thoughts, then you are never busy. In Truth you never do anything; you exist. You do not have to wait for the speed or the quantity of the work to abate. Even now your Existence is unmoving. With all the busyness going on, all the activity, the Consciousness which knows the entirety of that experience, both the whole of it and all the details, that Consciousness is unmoving. It is; it shines and you are that. If you comprehend this, then the busyness only makes the Consciousness stand out more to you.
