Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the nonobjective nature of the Self and the nonobjective nature of Self-Realization. Dialogues on the ever-existent nature of the Self and perseverance, discrimination, Self-inquiry, feelings of bliss and peace, freedom from misidentification with the body and mind, being beyond states, and other topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of selected verses of Chandogya Upanishad.
