Initial lengthy silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the nature of Silence and Self-Knowledge. Dialogues on continuous Self-inquiry, nonobjective vision, the nonexistence of the ego, awakening from the dream of samsara, the meaning of Nirvana, the ever-existent, self-luminous nature of the Self, prayers and good deeds, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from chapter 3 of the Bhagavad Gita.
