Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on Self-inquiry and Self-Knowledge and their thought-free nature. Dialogues on happiness and desire, the “space” that already exists, the human form and the formless Self, Self-inquiry beyond thought, freedom from duality, and other topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from Ashtavakra Samhita.
***** Satsang Quote *****
Questioner: What is the meaning of the person who digs a hole and that which is left over is space?
Nome: So what we seek to realize is actually alone always real. That which would seem other than the Self or other than the real “I” state is merely imagined and is unreal. What is unreal never actually exists at anytime. The space was there all the time. Of course, if it obscured to us, we clear away the clutter of what was filling the space, but the space was there all the time. It is just like that with Self-Realization, the Self is there all the time and never is there another.
