Initial spiritual instruction is about the nonobjective nature of Self-Realization, Self-inquiry, freedom from the body, mind, and ego, and the quest for oneself. Dialogues on realizing formless Existence, desire to know what is real, the desire to know who one is, and the desire for happiness, the perceiver and the perceived, the One Self without a second, absence of the ignorant one, selfless action, and other topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of selected verses from the second chapter of the Tejobindu Upanisahd.
