Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction about Silence, Being, Self-Realization, and Self-inquiry. The initial instruction concludes with a brief reading of a few sayings from the Gnostic works of The Dialogue of the Savior and the Gospel of Phillip. Dialogues on the dearness of the Self, the dream-like nature of sensory experience and the transcendent nature of the Self, the unreality of illusion and ignorance, and other topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from Adhyatma Upanishad.
