Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction about the undifferentiated Existence of the Self, Self-Knowledge, and Self-inquiry. Dialogues on examination of the basis of opinions, the joy of spirituality, the vastness of Brahman, Self-inquiry, the nonexistence of the ego, the undivided nature of Brahman, and other topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of selected verses from the second chapter of the Tejobindu Upanisahd.
