This satsang begins with silence followed by an initial
talk about the inquiry “Who am I?” and the abandonment
of the assumption of an individual, or ego, who could be
in ignorance of in bondage. Dialogues are about Self-
Knowledge, transcendence of the body and the mind, the
absence of a second self apart from the Self, the nature of
Consciousness, liberation from the experiencer as well as
the objective experience of the three states, and other
topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and
English from the Annapurna Upanishad.
