Following an initial period of silence, this satsang starts
with a brief talk about what does and does not determine
the nature of the Self, freedom from all attributes, and
why the Self alone knows itself. Several dialogues on
how to be free from vasanas (tendencies), destruction of
vasanas by Self-inquiry, and other topics. Concludes with
a recitation in Sanskrit and English from the Annapurna
Upanishad.
