Following the initial silence, there is a brief talk on Self-Knowledge and Self-inquiry. Dialogues on freedom from states of mind, Self-inquiry, pure Coscniosuness, Self-Abidance, and other topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses selected from the fifth chapter of the Svetasvatara Upanishad.
