the Self. Dialogues on intention and meditation, the
locationless and timeless nature of Self-inquiry
meditation, happiness and freedom and Self-inquiry, the
nature of thought and the Self’s innate transcendence of
it, silence contrasted with quietude, and liberation from
the ego. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and
English from the Ashtavakra Gita. The audio quality of
