Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on Self-Realization and the cessation of the differentiation of jagat-jiva-para (the universe, the individual, and the Supreme). Dialogues on the three states, freedom from vasanas, fearlessness, transcendence of the senses and mind, spiritual practice, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Ashtavakra Samhita and in Tamil from chapter 28 of the Song of Ribhu.
****** Quotes from Satsang ******
Right from step one, you were not in charge. It is not that you are presently embodied and that you become bodiless. The truth is the Self is not the body for all eternity and you are this Self. Knowledge or inquiry simply reveals it. The revelation is a matter of direct experience but it is not limited so at points it is said that it is not an experience of something else. If you were the body, you would have plenty of reason to fear. Look what can happen to the body at any moment and unexpectedly. But you are not the body so you have every reason to be fearless and your peace can endure forever.
