Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction about Self-Knowledge, Sat-Chit-Ananda, the nonobjective, nondual nature of the Self and Self-Realization, Self-inquiry, transcendence of the body and the mind, and how Being is Knowledge. Dialogues about detachment and self-inquiry and knowing the source of happiness, tracing reality-identity-happiness to their source, the undifferentiated and I-less nature of the Absolute Self, outward and inward, the nature of the mind, the unreality of the merely imagined, and other topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the third and fourth chapters of the Avadhuta Gita. This recording has poor audio quality due to an inoperative microphone near Nome. Because of the depth of the spiritual instruction, restoration efforts have been applied to the remaining ambient sound tracks, and this recording is the result of those attempts.
