Shipping Information:Orders usually ship within 2 to 3 business days.
We ship via USPS. The Standard Delivery shipping method uses USPS Media/First-Class Mail. The Priority Mail shipping method uses USPS Priority Mail.

* Note: International orders with weights greater than 4LB have the same shipping cost in both Standard Delivery and Priority Mail. Hence such orders ship via Priority Mail.
The shipping charges cover the actual cost of shipping through USPS, the cost of packing material, and handling fee.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:In case we have made an error in the shipping (we have shipped you damaged items or items that you did not order), please contact us through phone or email within 30 days of delivery for a full refund including shipping cost. Refunds will be done in the same form as the original payment.
MP3 Download:If you have ordered a MP3 downloadable recording, you will see a "Download" button on the Order Confirmation page. You have to click this button to begin downloading the item. Alternatively, you can come back to the Order Status page later and download the item. You can always get to the Order Status page using the URL from the Order Confirmation email.
Since there are multiple tracks per recording, the MP3 files are put
together as a single compressed file in .zip format. After the download
has completed, you will need to
uncompress (unzip) the file. In Windows XP, to unzip the downloaded file, you will need to right-click on the file and select "Extract All..". In Mac OS X, you will need to just double click the file.
In case you need a software for unzipping, then there are many available
including the following:

or the free software
from
7-zip.
In case you do not see a "Download" button on the Order Confirmation page, your order maybe in "Pending Review" status. This usually happens if the credit card information is incorrect. Once your credit card is processed (orders are processed in 2-3 business days), you will receive an email, and the "Download" button will become visible in the Order Status page.
