Meditation Night at SAT Temple 2013

Excerpt from the Meditation Instruction:

Nome: Meditate on the Self. This is the spiritual instruction. But how is one to meditate on the Self, for the Self can never be objective to oneself. The Agama Atma Sakshatkaram emphasizes that meditation should be free from difference.

Excerpt from the Meditation Instruction:

Nome: The essential meditation is Self-inquiry. Self-inquiry consists of the non-objectified Knowledge of one Self. The nature of this Knowledge is unalloyed consciousness, which being formless is indivisible, boundaryless, verily infinite. If your Existence, very Being, is not realized as it actually is, then all kinds of imagination will appear.

Excerpt from the Meditation Instruction:

Nome: The Self is free from the body, at peace, free of all bodily concerns, inclusive of birth and death. Meditate by identifying yourself as bodiless unembodied Being. The existence of the Self is unsensed. It is never seen, never heard, not touched, tasted or smelled. Meditate by identifying your Self as the sense transcendent Self.

Excerpt from the Meditation Instruction:

Nome: In Truth, meditation is perpetual abidance as the constant Consciousness, the eternal, the infinite, which is the Self or your true being. When you deliberately discern so as indicate false attribution of limited definitions upon the Self, this inquiry is also regarded as meditation. The Self is Existence, Consciousness, Bliss, ancient and everlasting, without body, free of form, free of limitation. It is beyond all thought. This absolute Self is what in Truth you are. Inquire deeply "Who Am I?"
