Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the truth that Brahman, the Self, is the one Reality and that alone exists. Dialogues on difference-less Being, the unchanging unmodified nature of the one Self, continuous inquiry or Self-Knowledge and egoless abidance, transcendence of the body and mind, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Annapurna Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 18 of the Song of Ribhu.
****** Quotes from Satsang ******
Keep revolving the question in the depth of your mind, “Who am I?” When you feel “but, I act,” ask, “Who acts?” What is the definition of yourself that you feel that you act? When you say the inquiry is not continuous but sporadic, ask for whom is the experience of being sporadic. Do not settle for any objective definition. If you have the perception, my inquiry must become continuous, that is right. Then start right then and there by asking “Who am I?” Who is it that seems to be outside of the Self? Who thinks and who acts? Like this, let there be a constant poise of Self-Knowledge.
