Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction about Self-Knowledge and Self-inquiry. Dialogues on sense-transcendent Consciousness, prana and the Self, egoless Knowledge, the inward mind, the simplicity of Truth, and other topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from Ashtavakra Samhita.
Nome: What is the nature of the inquiring mind as you call it? If it can discern the distinction between your mind and your Self, it is not a mind is it? There is one Knower, one Consciousness, not a multiplicity of knower’s, not two selves. If you feel you have an outward mind, an inward mind and an inquiring mind; ask whose mind? Whose mind is it? There is no multiplicity of you. Within the mind you can imagine as many kinds of minds as you like, but your Self remains indivisible, unmanifested and unimaginable.
